Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed 180 × 200 cm. There is also a dressing room located behind a decorative glass sliding door.

The nearby metro will take you quickly and easily to the Old Town or Central Station. Despite its central location, you can enjoy the peace and quiet after your business appointment. It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
