Welcome to our family friendly cozy farm home that accommodates to a family and or business trip. House is centrally-located to everything the town has to offer. We are walking distance to shopping and local eateries, 5 minutes away from Midwestern State University and North Texas State Hospital. Sheppard Air Force Base is a short 15 minute drive away. The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful.
