This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

In this apartment (bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, open study, bathroom) you will feel comfortable. The historic building belongs to a former knight's estate, whose beginnings date back to the 17th century. The house has been extensively restored. Located at the highest point of the old town, you will enjoy a great panoramic view. From here you can perfectly undertake trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden and Alsace.

Old Town Hall: Spacious apartment in the Black Forest with high-quality equipment. Nice location in the center of Gernsbach-Lautenbach, about 5 minutes from Gernsbach by car. Small outdoor seating area in front of the house. Beautiful view of the Lautenfelsen. Ideal for bikers and hikers.  The accommodation is best reached by car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.
