Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Nice little studio in an outbuilding of my property Very quiet and close to the city center i put my heart into preparing you for a pleasant stay We are a 12 minute walk to Niort market and its 12th century dungeon downtown the road a few light climbs and descents very nice walk by the river Sèvres, close to a supermarket. 3 min from the ring road and the center of NORON. 15 min from Poitevin Marsh. 40 minutes from La Rochelle.
