Apartment holiday rentals in Meloneras, Maspalomas

All good and as described. Very clean. Balcony had great views over the the sea and south to the dunes. Balcony was always in shade (we visited in end of April which gave rest from the sun. Always free sunbeds and chairs at pool area to get the sun. Easy walk to beach (using lift) where selection of beach bars and restaurants were found. Had a great stay.

Excellent 10 night stay. Apartment is on top floor of a quite apartment block. Good location, 5 minutes to Yumbo centre, about 10 minutes to the beach promenade. 20 minute stroll gets you to the dunes. Bus stops very nearby so hire car not needed. Everyone I met at the complex during my stay was friendly and always said hello. Good standard of furniture & fittings, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed and I slept very well. Large balcony with sea view. I was met on arrival by Pedro's partner and although I was early I was able to check in straight away and he took time to show me around the apartment. Communication with Pedro was very good from time of booking through to departure. I enjoyed my stay and left refreshed and relaxed. I visit the resort several times a year and if Pedro's apartment is available for future visits then I wouldn't hesitate to rebook, not least because it is such good value for the standard of the apartment and it's location. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Clary’s bungalow. The property is located in a peaceful, tranquil setting moments away from the hustle and bustle of Maspalomas. Easy access to the dunes (which are a must see) & to the shops and restaurants. The bungalow has everything you need - home from home!

You definitely need a car there, the restaurants, shops, and the beach is a bit far by walking, and its on a hilltop so lots of stairs there, but the view is amazing. Other than that we were pleased with everything else and we had a great time.

Based on all the great reviews I decided to book with Alberto. Communication was effortless, the appartment just as in the ad and the surroundings quiet. An ideal location to recharge with a cosy, private terrace and the ocean just around the corner. If you don’t feel like walking to take a plunge, the pool is a great alternative (never saw anybody there). Kitchen and bathroom are more than well equipped for all your needs. Alberto is there to support you in case you have any questions. Supermarket & bus stop is available within walking distance. San Agustin is a place to relax away from the tourist hotspot in Maspalomas, but you’ll get there in no time. I would highly recommend booking with him and would not hesitate to come back! The 5 star reviews are more than deserved.

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

An excellent apartment with a fantastic view. The host was very responsive when we had a few teething problems. All sorted very professional and quickly. It was our 1st holiday in 8 years. So too unwind in this peaceful place was lovely. We would love to come back and stay again. But being a superhost myself, its not that easy to go away. All in all a great location and having a car enanbled us to see a lot of the island.

Patricia made us feel right at home. I was waiting for us when we arrived and had some amenities ready for the family. During the stay Patricia was attentive at all times, she even got the pool works delayed so that the little ones could enjoy during all the holidays. The bungalow is great, well located next to the pool in a very quiet complex with easy parking. The sofas on the ground floor are comfortable for sleeping. Ideal! Fantastic stay! The apartment is very mono and for two people it has everything, on the TV you have to watch movies and everything is clean. Also the pool is great and they have mats and pool towel. For taking a pega nos missed that there was an extractor hood and the pillows for us were uncomfortable but that goes to the person's liking. Location is fine You have a bar or restaurant nearby and the Aldi is less than 5mins away. It is away from the beach and the center but you have a parking space and with a car you arrive in 5mins. And the communication with Sacha and the girl who received us was great. We would definitely repeat.

I have been using Airbnb for years and I will say without hesitation that the accommodation is the best I have ever stayed in, both for the kindness of Paco and his wife who are always willing to help you, and for the bungalow, very clean, warm and cozy, as well as very complete with everything you need. The perfect location for a family vacation, in a quiet area with all the services. Totally recommended! Thank you for everything.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

I really enjoyed the week I got to spent in this beautiful and cozy flat. The residence is very nice, and the flat made me feel right at home. The bed is super comfy, the living room very cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was impeccable. The best part about this place is the sunny terrace. And I enjoyed the pool, often having it all to myself. Maria Estefania was very responsive and was very flexible with the checkout, which was great cause my flight was delayed. Also, to my opinion, San Augustin is much nicer than Maspalomas. It's calmer and less touristy, and the really nice beach is only 5 min walking distance. Also great starting point for sunrise walks along the beach side.

The accommodation was amazing. Everything looked as I saw it in the photos. The apartment was clean, tidy and with an amazing view of the ocean. We also appreciated the pool, which is part of the apartment rental. I haven't met a host like Max in a long time. He is very helpful, he advised us on everything, he was kind and always available when we needed something. As a big bonus, I appreciate that he let us stay in the apartment longer on the day of departure, due to a later flight, without any problem. I felt right at home. Thank you, Max! Wonderful and well-equipped apartment, very close to the Yumbo center and to the beach. Angelika has been a very professional and responsive host. I would definitely stay again.

Everything is super clean and cozy. New and modern furniture. He provides any kitchen equipment such as a coffee maker(a few pods), juicer, kettle... he also left us a bottle of red wine welcome. 😅I would say nothing to say 🥳

You can't find better hosts. We have traveled a lot in our lives, not on Airbnb yet, but Sabina proved to be outstanding host like we never had before. Warm, helpful and accommodating. Nice little apartment, which is totally sufficient for two people. We lacked nothing, as everything was available. The location and surroundings are totally quiet. It is 10 minutes by car to Maspalomas Beach or Playa de Ingles. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely visit again!

Silvia is a charming host, I stayed with a friend for 10 days in this apartment, it has a 2nd bedroom at the top of the gallery.
