Holiday rentals with a patio in Meloneras, Maspalomas

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in Puerto Rico und dies war bisher die schönste Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr sauber, der Blick vom Balkon auf den Ort und das Meer ist einfach toll! Anita war immer zu erreichen und hat sofort geholfen, als wir ein Problem hatten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Diese ist äußerst großzügig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Hotelanlage und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze finden sich ausreichend vor der Tür. Zu Fuß gelangt man in ca 30 Minuten zum Strand bzw. zur Promenade von Maspalomas. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit :)

This was such a beautiful apartment, it was quiet and peaceful at night and the outdoor areas were lovely!

Great location! Walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Great view of the sunset too! Just a small tip for future guests—if you prefer thicker or more supportive pillows, you might want to bring your own, as the ones provided are on the thinner side.

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti nell’appartamento di Barbara e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’alloggio corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione, ben tenuto e accogliente. Barbara è stata sempre disponibile e ha risposto rapidamente a ogni nostro messaggio, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è tranquilla e in circa 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge più belle, i centri commerciali e le principali zone turistiche. L’unico aspetto un po’ scomodo è la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio in zona, soprattutto nelle ore serali. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e un’ottima ospitalità!

Wat een heerlijk plekje met een geweldig uitzicht. Het huis was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook vonden we de stijl heel mooi. We hebben veel kunnen genieten op het balkonnetje, waarbij het ook fijn was dat er een luifel aanwezig was zodat we ook lekker in de schaduw konden zitten. Het zwembad was een groot pluspunt, hier hebben we dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Ook zaten er veel leuke restaurantjes en een fijne supermarkt op loopafstand. Al met al een ontspannen tijd gehad.

It’s a beautiful little apartment! The balcony view looking out over hundreds of palm trees stood out. And even though it’s located in such a busy touristy area it was not noisy! The apartment is beautifully furnished and we felt at home. We had everything we needed. We also appreciated the communication with the helpful and very friendly hosts.

We, a family of three, spent a wonderful week at Maria Jesus' place. I can only join the previous reviews in saying that the welcome from both Marian and the owner was exceptionally friendly, the communication very smooth and proactive from Marian's side. The place itself is nicely located overlooking the Playa del Hombre; it is a good base for discovering the whole island (especially the Northern part); the neighborhood itself is a quiet residential area. The parking space just across the street is very convenient. It's lovely to sit outside at the terrace (both the open-but-windy and the sheltered parts), and the apartment itself has everything you need for a week's stay (also when staying with a small child, e.g. travel cot). All in all highly recommended!

The house was fantastic, it was really modern, clean and had so many amenities. It had lots of different areas for people to spend time and the pool was great. We really liked the area in a quiet residential street but close to lots of great beaches by car. The only thing I would say is that it probably wouldn’t be my first choice if I had children under 3 as the staircase has some big gaps and all of the bedrooms other than the master face into a courtyard with external type sliding doors, a nice format for adults but not doors that a child could easily open. But a really fantastic house for anyone older than that!

Excelente anfitrion! Ya he estado varias veces en su casa y seguiré repitiendo si es posible! Ubicacion ideal para moverte por el sur de la isla. LA casa es amplia y limpia. La comunicacion con David es fluida y amable. 5 estrellas

We loved staying here. Our friends were just across the path from us in the same Bungalows so worked well for us both. Host was very quick at responding. A small suggestion , the toaster only toasted one side so our beans on toast for breakfast took ages 😂 however we did not mention this to Adama as it was it wasn’t anything that affected our holiday. A short walk to Yumbo, but be prepared for the hill up to it. We enjoyed the walk but it may be worth getting a taxi for just a few euros. Would stay again 👍🏻

Well what a find, it was everything we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, remote. Nowhere near tourists. The house had everything you wanted. We could have stayed longer than our 10 days, and the two very friendly cats kept us entertained. We will be back.

Excellent accomodation. Loads of space including a kitchen diner, very large separate sitting areas and a brilliant terrace. Both bedrooms have balconies one is en-suite. There is a decent bathroom next to the second bedroom and a nice downstairs loo too. You can even go up to the roof which has good views. The house is in a private gated close with free parking outside. It's a 50 metre walk to the house. The terrace has an extremely large oven and separate grill that you will not use unless you're feeding 20 plus people! Overall, the quality of the furnishings and all the little personal touches is excellent. The hosts live nextdoor and are easily contactable. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Der Check-in war super freundlich, die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und hochwertig. Wir genossen es so viel Zeit im Garten zu verbringen.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Bungalow, die Lage, die Ausstattung einfach alles war perfekt! Zen und Wolfgang waren so unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer mit einer wundervollen Aussicht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hier her, absolute Empfehlung!!!

Schönes kleines Apartment, welches total ausreichend ist für zwei Personen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, da alles vorhanden war. Die Lage sowie Umgebung sind total ruhig. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 Minuten zum Maspalomas Beach oder Playa de Ingles. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in direkter Nähe. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. La piscine est chauffée et tres agréable aussi. Nous recommandons. Merci pour cette belle semaine.

Ideal! Estancia fantástica! El apartamento es muy mono y para dos personas dispone de todo, en la TV tienes para ver películas y está todo limpio. Además la piscina está genial y tienen colchonetas y toalla de piscina. Por sacarle una pega nos faltó que hubiera campana extractora y las almohadas para nosotros fueron incómodas pero eso va a gusto de la persona. La ubicación está bien. Tienes algún bar o restaurante cerca y el Aldi está a menos de 5mins. Está alejado de la playa y del centro pero tienes plaza de parking y con coche llegas en 5mins. Y la comunicación con Sacha y la chica que nos recibió fue genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Hi We were met at the apartment and shown around and how all the appliances worked. The air conditioning was excellent. The outside balcony gets the evening sun, a great place to relax with a glass of wine of wine after a hard day on the beach. Apartment has numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity. Beach is easily accessible. The 66 bus from the airport passes very close by and is an easy walk with luggage. 10 minute easy walk to Yumbo centre We would have No Problem booking this apartment again Thanks. We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay that absolutely flew by.

Todo fenomenal! Manoj nos recibió muy amablemente y nos explicó y recomendó sitios por la isla. Todas las mañanas tiene el detalle de acercarnos el pan de su panadería. El apartamento estaba muy bien localizado y equipado. Nos ha encantado!

Beide sind super Nett und immer erreichbar. Sie haben uns viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach allem wie beschrieben. Wenn man sich ein Auto leiht kann man es perfekt auf dem Grundstück kostenlos parken. Ich kann die beiden und die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Super appartement avec une super vue, calme, belle terrasse pour les petits déjeuner au soleil (nous qui adôrons.). et .. avoir un palmier et un papayer devant la terrasse un vrai plaisir. Le soir il y a desfois un peu de vent (léger) mais il y a des petis plaids..😉. Avons passé un super séjour.
