warming and spacious bungalow of 120m2 on two levels with total privacy . located in a complex with a long swimming pool for adults and children's pool too. kitchen, living, bath and master bedroom with a 50m2 terrace and privacy on the ground floor, and one bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. well located and close to grocery shops, pharmacy, public and private health centre, large shopping centre, local bus stop and taxis and only 15/25 minutes walk to maspalomas beach.
