Jon's place was everything we imagined it would be. Very well kept and accessible to so many things. Jon was extremely polite and responsive. I will recommend and stay again.

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Definitely worth the deal... location is the best. Super comfy room and easy to access. 4-5 blocks from any restaurant (slider in -the best- is 2 blocks away) walkable to literally anything except like the pyramid and the foot bridge to take u to AR. Great location!

Not only was Jason's place the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in, he is the perfect host. SUPER responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious...simply a lovely person!!! Great place to stay while visiting Memphis. Within walking distance to lots of area attractions. There is a little grassy area to walk our dog. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

This place was awesome. I have three small children and needed the washer. Abe was very responsive and always available. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but close to midtown attractions.

This place is awesome. I love the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, the floor to ceiling windows with a view of Court Square Park, the modern decor, and the downtown location, 3 blocks south of the convention center. The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, and the apartment/condo is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were more than enough towels, linen, blankets, and other amenities. Between the 2 bathrooms there is a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The building’s front & rear entrance, and the elevator is very secure, each accessible only via a key fob. The unit is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped exercise room. On-site parking is not available, but several garages are available nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s a trolley stop near the front entrance of the building. In town for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Awesome place to stay. Is exactly as described. Easily one of the most cool and unique places we have stayed. Walking distance most everything. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean and seemed beams new. Gated property with easy access to bus line. Abe was very helpful and friendly. He even helped me out with an item I left behind. I'll be staying here next time I go to Memphis!

We booked last minute, everything was straight forward and easy. Beds very comfortable, apartment was very clean and has everything we needed.
