Industrial farmhouse style meets southern charm on an idyllic horse boarding family farm safely outside of Memphis. Perfect location both for sightseeing in Memphis or bypassing the city entirely. Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

The Back House is located in one of Memphis’ nicest neighborhoods, Central Gardens, and features a private backyard and private entrance just for you. Within a short walk you can get to Young Avenue Deli for a game of pool, Memphis Made Brewery for a beer, the Cooper-Young Farmers Market for local produce, or the Liberty Bowl to catch a Tigers Game. This suite is also located within a 10-minute drive from Downtown Memphis.

Circa 1902 shotgun home is restored to its vivid roots & we retained original Memphis Character! We’ve used vintage furnishings alongside vintage & original artworks. In Cooper Young, it's a 5 minute walk to music, restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee, Liberty Bowl, galleries, and record & bookstores. Narrow drive for small car parking or on street for larger vehicles. No TV ( enjoy!). Guests must have 3+ reviews to book due to garbage humans in the past.

Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
