From start to finish, the communication with Alex was great. Short, fast paths at eye level. Alex is trying very hard to make things work out well. The house is highly recommended. The stay in Daniel's apartment was very good. It was very clean and included all the things you need for a pleasant stay. The location, right at the beginning of the Goldgasse in Kaltern, is very good and you have all the necessary things (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) within walking distance. Albano and his wife were such lovely hosts with the most warm welcome. Such a beautiful and pristine property with a great view! Not overly walkable however, and in hindsight not the best base location wise for our trip to the Dolomites. We wished we were on the other side of Bolzano as the drives were a bit long and windy. Some cooling in the bedroom would have been lovely, as both of us as couples felt quite stuffy and hot, but weren’t able to open the windows overnight due to rain and bugs. The heating for the wintertime looks very well set up! The fireplace was lovely. Great property overall, and very very clean! Thanks Albano 🤩
