Monthly Rentals in Mendenhall Springs

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful property with horses in the view. The place was nicely decorated with their own touch of style. I would highly recommend!

Linh’s place was very clean, cozy and quiet. It's also close to the downtown Livermore and walking trails. She was very friendly and answered any questions quickly. Overall, a much better experince than an extended stay hotel.

Lucy's place was perfect for a quick one night stay and was super affordable. Lucy was friendly and we had good communication. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with sitting areas and TVs in each room. One room has a decent sized small fridge and freezer and microwave. Parking is available on the street. We were able to park in front of the house, but parking fills up fast. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays, Emily was amazing! Responsive,kind and friendly, definitely recommend staying with her.Her home is lovely and the neighborhood is cute.The Airbnb itself is very safe and despite the noise from the neighbors next door celebrating memorial Day, still peaceful.The bed was really comfy. Everything I needed was right there. Perfect for solo traveling.If I ever find myself back in Tracy I will definitely try to stay with her again. Thank you for everything Emily 💙💙💙
