Holiday rentals with a patio in Mendocino

The spotless and comfortable apartment and large deck were even better than the pictures in Deborah's listing. The mini split A/Cs were so welcome in summer in Ukiah. We've stayed in lots of AirBnBs, and Deborah's very thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were among the best we've experienced. The peaceful and serene apartment and grounds provided exactly what these weary travelers needed after a long drive.

We have stay at the resort before. It is very close to our daughter's home. We love the convience and service. Jesse was a most helpful host and made everything work smoothly. We will probably stay again sometime and if you can get Jesse for host do so, you won't regret it. Tony

Nice Wyndham resort. Close to downtown Windsor, CA. Nice restaurants in both Windsor and Healdsburg. Lots of great wineries nearby. Not too far from bodega Bay and the beaches.

Madrid’s place was just what we needed after a long flight. It was centrally located and easy to find with clear instructions. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. The bed was extremely comfortable and two jet lagged travellers had a great night’s sleep. We prepared our own evening meal and the skillet was great for cooking steak! Madrid communicated very well and very promptly which was most helpful for two weary travellers. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

We loved our night at The Coop. We had young children with us and they loved meeting all the animals and sitting on the porch looking at the pigs and roosters. The accommodations were perfect for us and had everything we needed. It does not have a stove for those needing to cook, but the microwave and coffee set up was great. Carrie even left a bottle of wine out for us which was so kind. If you’re a light or late sleeper, the roosters could be a bit much but we aren’t bothered by them at all.

Loved my stay at the Starry Night! The unit is spacious and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen is amazing and so well stocked. I was able to make my meals there with no problem. The a/c in the living room and bedroom are wonderful and keep the place nice and cool. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is to die for! I saved the best for last….the bedroom! The bed is HEAVENLY! I literally lounged in bed all day Saturday which is just what I needed after a long and hectic work week. I love that there is a tv in the bedroom as well. I appreciated the laundry room being available which was much needed! Saprina is a wonderful host! So kind, considerate, and responsive. I did not have to contact her during my stay because I had absolutely no problems, but I know if I needed to, she would have been readily available. Thank you Saprina! Your place is wonderful!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a place with unmatched views and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Be sure to plan your meals though. The place is so nice you would like to stay there for a sunset dinner or sunrise breakfast but due to the lack of an oven/ stove or bbq you have to eat out. Or master microwave cooking like we did. Otherwise simply heavenly place to stay.

The house has fantastic views and is very peaceful with lots of wildlife around, deer, does, foxes, and birds. We really relaxed and took daily trips to the surrounding areas. The private beach is so beautiful, our dog got a workout! Point Arena Lighthouse is worth the trip, and the wharf has a great pizza restaurant. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the deer. The weather couldn't have been better; every day ended with sunny skies. Would definitely consider another trip to this house.

We had a lovely stay! The home is beautifully designed, very clean, and worked perfectly for our family of four. The kids especially enjoyed the open layout and loft space. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area of Sea Ranch, which made for a relaxing getaway. Just note that it's a bit farther from the coastal bluffs and beaches, so plan for a short drive if you’re hoping to explore the shoreline. Overall, a great home and a thoughtful, responsive host.

I come from the Hospitality Industry so recognize "special" when I experience it. The views alone would garner 5 stars, but the amenities were excellent! Spices, all the cooking needs, cozy blankets for nightime ( you just KNOW we opened a window to hear the sounds of the surf below) and wowie, a sauna l, oversized shower, soaking tub with an outstanding view, and a hotter on the deck! The beds were so comfortable! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Dog home this past week. The house was very clean and comfortable. Especially the beds which are not always the case in Airbnb rentals. The hosts were great, as the listing was exactly what we expected and wanted for our stay. We liked that the yard is secure with the storm gate for our dogs. The host even provided a book of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Thank you for providing a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

This was a beautiful, fun, clean place to stay with our extended family. The unit was lovely, grounds were beautiful, and my kids loved the basketball court, pool, and hot tub. We would def stay again!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

We always enjoy the Windsor Worldmark. Great restaurants and wine bars in town. Also several breweries and distilleries in the area. The coast is not far. We always enjoy our stay. FYI check out here for 2025 is now at 11 o’clock. Not 10 o’clock.

We stayed there just for a night, place looks great with good lake views and the pool is well maintained.
