Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ménilmontant, Paris

Having been to Paris a couple of times before, we felt comfortable staying in the outer arrondissements, and Pablo's place was great for us! Its location near to metro stops, local parks, groceries and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment had everything promised, and it was very clean; the street outside is lively during the day, but quiets down nicely at night. Pablo let us drop our bags off early, while the place was still being cleaned, and walked us through the basics. We would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is a 5 min walk from metros that will take you to all the tourists attractions. There is also plenty of supermarkets and local bakeries within walking distance to get groceries. The apartment has everything you could need and very comfortable beds. Lucas was very helpful. We had an issue on the 2nd morning with the electricity supply tripping and going off because we had put too many appliances on at the same time This was resolved after contacting Lucas and finding out we had to push in a grey button on a panel in the wall in the bedroom. The only thing I would say is that it would have been helpful to know that that could happen and we wouldn't have used too many appliances at once and if there was a note somewhere in the apartment of how to fix it. Everything else was perfect though, I would definitely stay again and recommend it 😊.

The place was perfect—cozy and full of great vibes. It had all the amenities we could possibly need. Camille was an amazing host: very responsive and super nice.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Loved our 4 day stay at Benjiman's place - highly recommend to any visitor to Paris! It would be our first choice if (when!) we visit Paris again. Great nights sleep on comfy "super king" in quiet courtyard facing room. Living space spacious, comfortable and well appointed - great kitchen, comfy couch and amazing peaceful suntrap courtyard! Well represented in the pictures, but even better in person... A "real neighourhood" where we only saw a few other tourists - lots of shops and cafes. It was fun to explore and find our favourite places to get a baguette, latte, rotisserie chicken etc - and then enjoy them on the deck feeling like real Parisians. Even though it might be considered "off the beaten track", it was very close to the metro to quickly get to all tourist sites. It is close to cool areas like Butte Chaumont (where my husband jogged along with the locals!) and trendy Saint Martin canal. I would be comfortable here as a solo female traveler. Would stay here again!

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

Laurent’s place was in a great location when you don’t want to stay right in Paris, but it is easy to get to Paris. Metro is just a short walk away and pretty easy to check in, check out, and it was very nice to get the french experience. I would stay here again!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Stunning apartment and garden, located on a very pretty street in a great area. The apartment had everything, with beautiful furniture and furnishings and very well equipped. The garden was a lovely peaceful spot to relax in. Julien was very friendly, polite and helpful and great to communicate with. Would definitely return to the apartment, it was fantastic! It is rare to find such a quiet accommodation in Paris… In an unspoiled environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated... it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden ... I would highly recommend it! See you soon without any doubts!!!

Really great accommodation at Alexandre's, it's a very nice little house in a very quiet neighborhood, and when you want to go to the center of Paris you're there in 20 minutes! I highly recommend it!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

We had a great stay at Siam’s place! The apartment is conveniently located near Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est, which made it easy to get to after traveling into the city center from CDG. Siam and Morgane were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while we went and explored in the city. The apartment itself was plenty of space for the three of us.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
