Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. 3 minute walk to the Republique metro station and its many lines serving Paris.

Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. The flat is on the 4th floor of a lovely little residence (without elevator access) composed of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with queen- sized bed and a separate bathroom with shower, toilets and washing machine.

Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)
