Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

In one of the prettiest regions of Île de France, on the edge of the forest of Rambouillet, in the Upper Chevreuse Valley, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures where horses graze, the Domaine du Cerf Volant is an enchanting haven 1 hour from Paris by car (or train), close to Versailles and the beauties of Île de France. Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the very heart of the village of Sermaise and a 13-minute walk or 3-minute drive (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2: on the 1st, living room with an equipped kitchen, table, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to a part of the park on the property with a relaxation area set up for eating and lounging.
