Located in Normandy, on our beautiful flowery coast, 25 m2 duplex apartment, 3-minute walk to the vast beach of Merville-Franceville, sleeps 2/4, on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, very well maintained private residence, including living room/kitchen with 2-seat sofa bed (L 140) overlooking private balcony sunny afternoon and evening. The bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed (new L140 mattress), a large closet, and a bathroom (shower, vanity, and toilet).

In addition to a spacious garden, the beautiful beach of Merville-Franceville is just a 3-minute walk (250 m)! All necessary shops are a 5-minute walk (500 m).
