Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

An incredible and very beautiful building with a history, ultra cozy apartment very well equipped with an exceptional and rare terrace of this size, the Pontaillac neighborhood is the prettiest and chicest in Royan.

Very pleasant stay with Françoise and her husband who were very welcoming and very discreet during our stay. Very clean accommodation and which is even better than the presentation of the photos on the site. Very quiet environment, possibility of putting the car under a carport on their property instead of staying in the street. Very well located, a few kilometers away from Pointe de Suzac, Matata and Regulus caves in Meschers sur Gironde as well as the beautiful village of Talmont sur Gironde. We recommend this property 100%.

A very beautiful, very well maintained, peaceful Airbnb and all amenities within walking distance, covered market 200 m away, Super U and the beach. I highly recommend it.

Magali's place is as described: view and access to the sea a stone's throw away, quiet place, everything can be done on foot. very well decorated with taste. Excellent interaction with Magali.. spent week with our 8 year old daughter and our 2 and a half year old boy.. the location was ideal (small shops, fairgrounds, restaurants, market) we'll happily return to Magali's place

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with the family in Les Pargaux. The space is designed to instantly feel at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Nearby court 🎾 is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Medoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate attention from the moment we arrive, shows a true passion for the place and the well-being of guests. In summary: an unforgettable and refreshing stay. Julien is an exceptionally welcoming host. Her accommodation is atypical and original. Equipped with a sauna and a jacuzzi, it was a really relaxing moment more than welcome on our trip. Keep in mind the low ceiling height of the sleeping area. This can be a problem for people with back pain, for example. It didn't bother us and it was noted in the listing. I gladly recommend Julien's accommodation!

We had a great weekend in this very nice apartment, renovated with great taste. The interior is comfortable, well thought out, and carefully decorated. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the citadel, allowing you to fully enjoy the visit without taking the car. The welcome was warm and everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. A place we would definitely recommend!
