Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a great time with the family because the house is ideal for this type of event. Everything is in accordance with the photos and the setting is beautiful.

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Large and beautiful Charentaise house with swimming pool and barbecue with many advantages, games room, 5 spacious bedrooms, pleasant living room for 12 people. Secure outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the hospitality of the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting. We had a great stay in this calm and beautiful location. Plenty of space and the kids appreciated the pool even though a bit fresh being early in the summer season. We spent most of our time at the beach as it’s only a 10 minute drive away. Many thanks to Eric who was a great host and explained everything we needed to know about the house and the equipment. We will definitely return again here if the chance comes along.
