Beautiful stay with a magnificent view of the estuary. The house is very well equipped, quiet and pleasant. The veranda is a real plus when the weather is not on your side. We recommend it without hesitation!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. A pleasant small house, convenient for walking into town or down to the port. Easy parking and a nice garden to sit out in when the sun shone.

Excellent accommodation very close to the centre of Royan and several beaches. The house had everything we needed and a great garden with a BBQ. Would definitely recommend!

During our stay, he was very discreet, although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a very pretty seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Ideally located for visiting the region, this clean and functional studio lacks nothing. I had a pleasant stay in this quiet and peaceful area. I would highly recommend it.

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.

Top location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We rented Vandy's apartment for the weekend. It was perfect. The instructions were clear and detailed, making it easy to find the access point. The apartment was large and functional, close to everything A private parking space is really a significant plus We'll be back for a future stay, that's for sure.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well equipped. Magnificent view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and meals outside. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
