Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

A delightful rural retreat, off the beaten track in the heart of the Devon countryside. An excellent base to explore the natural beauty of Exmoor & Dartmoor National Parks, the spectacular North Devon coastline & beaches, gardens, including RHS Rosemoor, and various family attractions. 10 minutes away is South Molton, 'The Gateway to Exmoor', with its excellent Pannier Market, shops, restaurants, tea rooms and antique shops. Also within a few miles are several pubs and restaurants.

It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.
