What a wonderful stay… I was alone and hat a peaceful time near by the beach.

Absolutely will recommend this to friends, the view , stunning. The space was perfect for our needs. Felt very safe with being in a gated area

Our stay in the villa was positive, we stayed several days and we found everything we needed on every occasion. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, a perfect starting point to visit the Costa Rei and Cagliari. The well-kept garden, exclusive to the house, guarantees the possibility of enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners in complete privacy. The sleeping area is quiet and keeping the window of the skylight open we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioner. Note the availability and responsiveness of the host: on the last day of our stay there was an inconvenience, but Silvia was readily available to resolve. We also really appreciated the fact that you welcomed us personally.

Marco and Elena are very welcoming and attentive hosts. They had toys and sea toys ready for the children, so they immediately felt at home. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bedroom was well shaded and quiet. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Marco was on a short bike trip with his husband and showed him the surroundings. The house seems generous and the garden is also shaded. We recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for peace and a homely environment.

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Very good accommodation. The small outdoor space with the lemon tree is really nice. Beware of mosquitoes. Communication with the host is very good. The street where the accommodation is located is narrow. Fortunately, we had a small car. And early in the morning on weekdays, it remains noisy. Our 3 nights went very well. I would this property.

We have enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make your stay excellent. He waited for us with dough, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc. This shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always responded immediately to any questions or requests we made. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the shower outside was perfect to bathe comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and the access with suitcases on an uneven slab road was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood and not Ludovica. Thank you very much for everything!!

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children (4 & 1 year) in Luisanna's house. Luisanna welcomed us very nicely and showed us the house and the great pool. The house is as described and offers everything you need. The outdoor shower has warm water, so you don't have to use the slightly smaller shower in the bathroom at all. You can reach the beach of Solanas in 5 minutes by car. There you can park for free and eat and drink in the cozy beach restaurant. A car is definitely an advantage. We highly recommend it.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

Perfect location if you come by car, parking outside the gate, close to the walk to the city center. Large spacious and well equipped apartment. Ten minutes by car to the sea and all beaches. Cozy town with a good atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful hostess, the view was even more beautiful than in the photos. The house was very clean and the communication was also great.

lovely space high up on the slope with great views. You have to have a car to stay there. A quick drive then you'll be in the pool or on the beach. We bathed in Chia on an absolutely stunning beach. Close to the nearest town, Pula, is also. Good bed and ok sofa bed. Nice to cook in the kitchen and lovely dining areas outside. We had 13 very nice days in this apartment.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

Nice apartment, everything that is necessary was available. Outdoor area very nice, especially the outdoor shower convinced us. The beaches in the area (Chia, Tuerredda) are very, very nice and reachable within 10-20 minutes by car. The nice town of Pula is also easily accessible within 15 minutes and also recommended. It is not possible without a car, there are no restaurants that would be easily accessible on foot. Due to the fact that the apartment is on a hill, you can also hear the traffic from the street at night, which bothered us a little while sleeping. Otherwise everything worked out and we had a very nice stay in the area.

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

Stefano was a wonderful host, being very attentive if there was a problem or query. The apartment was a really good price in a great neighbourhood. The only negative thing about the apartment, especially being there for almost 9 months would be the lack of an oven despite having a photo on the booking page. Despite this it was a great stay and you couldn't ask for a better host.
