Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

Nice quiet place with good connection to the railways station / city center. Having a tram stop nearby is very beneficial (from my short experience tram is waaaay more predictable than a bus).

I cant put into words what a find this place was. Giovanna needs to update pictures that aren't as blurry because the nag for your buck in incredible. Let's start off with the loft. It's a beautiful loft with very cold AC on what was 97° weather in Florence. spacious living area with a nice little kitchen and all the amenities you it lists plus WiFi instructions and recycle instructions. Very beautiful area with all the Touristic areas withing 5 to 15min depending on the direction you're going with tons of restaurants, Leather shops, pop ups and the main attraction, The DUOMO. To be able to sit on the patio, having a wine with my wife in front of the Duomo and just stare at it was unexplainable ( I love historical sights). Pictures cant put into perspective what your eyes see. We had tickets to see the Statue of David which was a 5min walk. Washer was super nice to have as well. Can't recommend enough

Nadia und Roberto haben uns direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und traditionell, man hat wirklich das Toskana Feeling. Wir hatten das Zimmer Olivo und konnte somit direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus in den Garten mit Pool. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zum Glück auch, somit war es selbst bei extrem heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt, was auch ein Riesen Plus ist. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Oh my goodness! What can I say about Marco….except that he is amazing, adorable, kind, flexible, and communicative. The Perfect host!! He met us at the door! He helped us with our luggage, showed us his amazing and large apartment. He was only a phone call away if we had any questions which I did. He answered right away! He has this amazing scrapbook that his mother drew that explains everything that you need to know for Florence! The bed was comfy and large. The air conditioner was cold. I highly recommend!!

Eine Woche Toskana bei extremer Hitze. Da war es super in die Kühle des Hauses zu kommen oder unter dem schützenden Blätterdach vor der Wohnung zu sitzen. Das haben wir häufig gemacht. Bei flexibler Anreise wurden wir begrüßt und es wurde alles von den Vermietern erklärt, was wir über die Unterkunft wissen mussten. Der kleine Ort ist eine kleine Welt für sich. Sehr ruhig und untermalt von den kleinen Unterhaltungen der Nachbarn. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderbare Wanderwege. Der Franziskus Weitwanderweg verläuft durch Stia und man kann Etappen davon in den schattenspendenden Wäldern erwandern. Unsere Entdeckung am letzten Tag war das Museo della lana. Das Museum ist im ehemaligen Industriegebäude der ehemaligen Wollspinnerei untergebracht und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Neben den vielen erklärenden Tafeln in Italienisch und Englisch zeigen beeindruckende und gut gemachte Filme von der Arbeit in diesem ehemaligen Werk - absolut empfehlenswert

Great location if you want to walk to all main attractions. Peaceful, quiet at night. Grocery stores walking distance. Very clean unit, with all amenities. Perfect stay. Federico and Giulia were very helpful and sweet. Unfortunately I got stolen 2 credit cards and the house keys. By the time I got home from the police, they had organised new locks and set of keys, unbelievable timing and proactive was. They were sweet , caring and upset for me. They did not even charge me for the new lock. The instructions to check in were easy to golose and location is 10 min walking distance from train station. I loved it. Thank you.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Séjour incroyable dans la maison d'Eleonora. Nous étions 4 adultes et y avons passé 5 nuits. Tout était propre, confortable, très bien situé pour visiter le beau village de Radda in Chianti à pieds. Et que dire de la terrasse arrière avec une vue imprenable sur le Chianti! Nous y avons passé des moments mémorables. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement!

Nadia e suo marito sono state persone molto gentili, educate ed accoglienti. Hanno saputo darci indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare. Super disponibili e attenti ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo trovato la struttura in ordine, molto pulita e ben attrezzata. Molto grande e spaziosa. Super consigliato.

Danke Pietro für unseren schönen Aufenthalt in deinem Zuhause in Casole! Wer die Chianti-Gegend in all seiner Authentizität erleben will, der ist bei Pietro genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen, dafür in der wunderschönen rauen Natur von Chianti. Von dort aus kann man viele Weingüter erkunden, aber auch wandern und schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Pietro sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank!

Simonen tilava ja kodikas asunto vastaa täysin kuvausta. Simonen yhteydenpito oli aivan loistavaa ja ennakoivaa, sain perusteelliset ohjeet saapumiseen ja tunsimme olomme todella tervetulleiksi. Asunto sijaitsee ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella, joten se on hieman rauhallisempi. Kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä ja bussillakin matkaa sujuu nopeasti. Aivan vierestä löytyy ravintoloita ja kävelymatkan päässä useampikin eri kokoinen ruokakauppa. Palvelut hyvin saatavilla. Asunto on myös hyvin rauhallinen, naapureista ei juuri kuulu ääniä. Kadulta jonkin verran liikenteen ääniä, muttei kuitenkaan jatkuvaa liikenteen pauhua. Kaiken kaikkiaan mielestäni erittäin hyvä hintalaatusuhde.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Alloggio consigliatissimo, ci ha davvero colpito per la sua pulizia e in generale l’appartamento è davvero molto carino. Lorenzo è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento è vicino a una fermata del tram, comodissimo per visitare la città. Consigliamo a tutti di alloggiare qui per visitare Firenze!

Fatmira as a host was very responsive, the apartment is very nice and fully equipped. Location is good and main attractions of Florence was in just 10 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and bars. Great supermarket is right next to the apartment.

El alojamiento es mejor que lo que se percibe por fotos! Está muy bien equipado, es amplio y limpio. Carla es muy amable y está a disposición. Fue una hermosa estadía.

Federico es el anfitrión que todos queremos encontrar. Atento, amigable, responsable. Nos ha brindado información muy útil de Florencia que nos sirvió como guía y para optimizar los tiempos.
