I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

Perfect in every way. Thomas was an incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful host and made us feel so welcome from the very first moment. The place itself was perfectly clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well supplied, the WiFi fast, comfortable bed, very nice TV, great bathroom and washing machine for clothes, and it was overall just a completely ideal space for our extended stay. The location is also perfect and only about a 15 minute walk from multiple grocery stores like Aldi and Rewe. Public transport from this location was also incredible and it was easy to cheaply get to cities like Cologne/Düsseldorf for nice day trips. If we are ever visiting North Rhine-Westphalia again in the future we will certainly be wanting to stay here again. Out of over 40+ Airbnbs we have stayed in, this is one of our top 3 favorites, easy. 5/5 in every category.

Great place to stay... any time again

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

The apartment was really very nice. Super quiet location overlooking the forest, super clean, very well equipped and problem-free to use. We were there as part of a trade fair in Düsseldorf and were able to reach it quickly and without traffic jams by car - so I can also highly recommend it! The only drawback was the indication of two beds/sleeping places. One of them is a sofa bed, which we preferred to leave. Was not a leg break, but good to know for next time. Gladly again!

We were very satisfied with the apartment, there is hardly anything to complain about. The only thing that bothered me was the parking situation, but that wasn't such a big problem.

The accommodation is on the ground floor of the house in which Simone herself lives. The area is very quiet, with a bus stop, bakery and a kiosk in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very nicely furnished and everything was very clean. Simone was always very friendly and on site at check-in. We were there on very hot days and the apartment was still pleasantly cool. We would definitely come back.

This gorgeous well sized studio was perfect for us- a large main space with really comfy bed, seats and table and chair and desk, with TV, and our own kitchen and bathroom and front door. Hosts were super friendly and kind, making sure we could arrive at 5am after driving from London, parking was off street, 3 mins from the bus route into Düsseldorf, 10 mins walk from beautiful central Hilden. We explored nearby spas and it was perfect for that. Thank you so much - what a wonderful place. We will be back. :) I wish o could give six stars!

The price was fully worth it - the accommodation is very well maintained and looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures - really the perfect time out for couples Maria is super sweet and mega accommodating :) Thank you very much for this great experience - we will definitely come back!

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Great accommodation. We felt comfortable right away. There is a lot of attention to detail here and as soon as you enter the apartment, you enter the relaxation mode. Everything you need is available and the contact with Christina and Christian was great. We will be happy to come back. :)

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. The place looked like the photos. With the subway you can get to the city very quickly and parking was also no problem. Sleeping was 1A - it was just extremely quiet. And of course, the whirlpool was our highlight. Great place to stay for a weekend get away!

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.
