As an architect, I designed this 26 m² space to be a vibrant personal haven: a combination of exposed early 20th-century wood, polished concrete, and marble. Ultra-optimized space: a glass partition for privacy at night and a custom folding table for work or dining. Between Coulée Verte and Bois de Vincennes, just a short distance from the AccorHotels Arena. A stylish and bright haven of peace in the heart of the 12th arrondissement.
