Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

The hosts were incredibly communicative and attentive throughout our entire stay. When we ran into a minor electrical issue, they responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of right away. The location was fantastic—just steps away from Upper Buena Vista, a charming plaza filled with unique shops and a great vibe. We found ourselves walking over almost every day. It’s also conveniently located about 15–20 minutes from both South Beach and North Beach. The property is nicely gated, and I felt safe in the neighborhood at all hours. The Airbnb itself was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed—kitchen utensils, towels, hygiene products, and more. The only slight downside was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty at times on our phones and the TV, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

What a great place with a great view!

Gunjan’s apartment was beautiful , very clean and very comfortable! The views of the ocean were beautiful! We had a Wonderful time and would definitely come and stay in Gunjan’s apartment again!

Avery’s home was an 11/10. If I lived in Miami full time, I’d want her help to stage & furnish my place. Her home was not only stunning (better than photos!) but I felt very safe staying there, as the area is filled with things to do & places to eat. I came for a 2 week work trip and was sad to leave. I felt so much at home & Avery’s communication was impeccable from the beginning. If you can snag this home, do it!! I’ll def be booking again :)

Yami a GENIUS , always attentive , answering all my inquiries , the ideal location Sillas de playa excellent , umbrella for like 5 people , beach towels!!!!!! Everything impeccable and a new remodel was noticeable !!!! It had everything kitchen , beach , towels and towels to replenish , so also sheets . Everything was amazing, prime location…. My wife and daughter loved the king size bed. Mauricio took care of everything for us, even though a few things popped up, he quickly gave a solution. Will book again next time I’m in town! Amazing restaurants and beach within minutes.

Amazing place to stay. Very clean, good restaurants, great views. The only issue was the hand scans at the end as they started not working but rather than that 10/10 would stay again.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed with a warm and inviting style, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated that the host provided 2 beach umbrellas and chairs for us to take to the beach — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach. Philippe was amazing, always responding quickly to messages and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine upon arrival. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. My fiancé and I were beyond satisfied with our stay — 100% recommended!

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

Leonardo is one of the most attentive and friendly host I've ever met. His attention to detail is phenomenal and always care about the guest as number one priority. I will definitely come back again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and it was great being so close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
