What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

Absolute Empfehlung für Stevens Wohnung! Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus und die Lage waren für uns ausschlaggebend für die Buchung, allerdings hat uns die ganze Wohnung völlig überrascht. Alles war super sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir waren absolut begeistert! Kleines Manko ist die relativ laute Klimaanlage, welche wir Nachts dann einfach teilweise ausgedreht haben. Würden sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben :)

We had a truly amazing experience at this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The place is absolutely spotless and smells wonderful – it’s the kind of fresh, clean scent that immediately makes you feel at ease. The team was outstanding: kind, professional, and always attentive to our needs. They were warm, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The space is beautifully kept and very well positioned. If you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming, and well-maintained place to stay, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This stay was wonderful. I’m a Miami native who came back home before an international flight, and everything was perfect. Smack in the middle of Coconut Grove, very walkable to great bars, restaurants, parks, and the bay. Great amenities. Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was spotlessly clean — we had one tiny issue and the hosts responded immediately and it was taken care of before we knew it. Check in and check out was seamless — having a free parking spot for our stay was amazing, if you’ve ever tried parking in the Grove before. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing and just as the pictures portrayed. Eduardo was very responsive and accommodating to our group. Overall great trip, so much so a couple of our friends decided to book a bachelorette trip in the same house later this year!

Ms. Jessica stayed in touch and quickly answered any questions that I had for her. If you’re planning to book an Airbnb I highly recommend booking with Ms. Jessica for a lovely home. We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

El departamento estaba realmente impecable, tal como se ve en las fotos y cumpliendo con todo lo que indicaba la descripción. Desde el armario con los elementos de playa y pileta hasta la cocina muy completa el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, el edificio además cuenta con todas las comodidades como un pequeño supermercado, pileta, etc.

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

I cannot say enough how satisfied I was with my stay! The actual condo and view more than exceeded my expectations. I especially love how convenient this place was to many of the restaurants and activities that I had on my itinerary. This place and price cannot be beat and I definitely will be booking with FIRE Rentals in the future!

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

The only issue we had was there was no seperate gate entry cards so we had to push the button for garage entry everytime we left and return. Not really an issue. Everything was fabulous. Very peaceful family environment. The views are extraordinary.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!
