This full apartment is the other half of our Shotgun Double home. We are conveniently and centrally located in the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood in New Orleans. Our place is about 1 mile from the beautiful City Park and our apartment is also an easy walk to the Lafitte Greenway and Esplanade Ave. We are located about 2 miles from the French Quarter. We'd love to host you as you explore New Orleans! We are also an easy walk away from Jazz Fest.

The French Quarter is less than 2 miles away. This second floor apartment has two spacious bedrooms (separate or non-shotgun style), a living room with sofa and tv, washer/dryer, and a freshly remodeled eat-in kitchen with Mardi Gras built in.

Our house was built between 1897 and 1903. The light, airy 700 sqft unit was completely renovated in 2007 and recently received a nice fresh coat of paint. K/B have tiled floors and counters, rest of the spacious apartment has lovely Brazilian Cherry floors. Professional photography (my own) grace the walls. We live on the other side. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood.
