Our house was built between 1897 and 1903. The light, airy 700 sqft unit was completely renovated in 2007 and recently received a nice fresh coat of paint. K/B have tiled floors and counters, rest of the spacious apartment has lovely Brazilian Cherry floors. Professional photography (my own) grace the walls. We live on the other side. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood.

You can take our self guided walking tour through the Garden District and see one home after another built in 1800's, with names of architect (if known), year built and who lived there.
