Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mid-City, New Orleans

This place was amazing! It looked just as the pictures. He was very responsive. It was close to everything.

The pictures provided look’s just as good in person, very homey vibe, and doesn’t smell bad at all. Ronell communicated very well and didn’t give me a hard time, also sent me a list of food recommendations which were very helpful. Just be mindful because I’m pretty sure he stays under the 2 bedroom. (Definitely would book again) .

We loved our stay at Holly and Andy’s flat in New Orleans. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The flat itself was beautifully maintained, peaceful at night, and had all the listed amenities. Street parking was easy to find, which made coming and going stress-free. We had a wonderful time in New Orleans and would love to return someday. Holly and Andy were such friendly and welcoming hosts. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying at this Airbnb — it’s a perfect home base for anyone visiting the city.

Central location with easy access to great spots around town. Jim's place is safe, offered an incredible private and relaxing backyard. Plus, the upstairs apartment is wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and offered more than enough space for everyone in my family. Highly Recommend

Laura's place was perfect for our recent visit to New Orleans. It is in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance. We never had a problem finding a place to park. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. We will definitely be staying there again.

I am so happy we happened upon this listing and it was available! What a great spot. The location is very convenient to the main touristy spots in the French quarter. It’s easy to get anywhere in the area as well. Lisa was an amazing host. She was proactive and checked in on us. I had zero issues so I didn’t have to bug her. The place is very clean. I was so worried about the climate there but it was nice and cool inside. I adored the layout of the house and the high ceilings! Gosh, I could go on all day. We can’t wait to come back and stay here on another vacation!

For a first time Airbnb'r i couldn't have picked a better host and location! My host was extremely kind and responsive to my needs as this being my first time. The location was queit, home was charming and I loved the privacy. Will definitely book again if I visit New Orleans again.

Michael’s listing is in the heart of the Bywater and within walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend the listing if you are planning a trip to New Orleans!

he made sure everything was up to what we paid for and that we were all happy.He answered all calls and text if anything happened and fixed things right away with no questions asked.Everything was clean and well taken care of the pool was a nice plus to have in the heat it was very clean.He was friendly with us like he knew us and treated us like a friend. David’s place is a perfect spot to get around New Orleans’ hot spots without the dread of traffic or foot traffic. Everything was nearby, and there wasn’t any issues with finding anything to do especially with the guidebook David had given us! The neighborhood is very quiet day and night. New Orleans looks like that everywhere so it was no issue to me. No one gave us any trouble nor did we give them any reason to give us trouble. As for the house inside, it was very comfortable to be in. I loved the couch and the bed especially. It was soft and sunk in so nicely to form you. It was like home away from home for sure! The water pressure for the shower was too good, every time I showered I didn’t want to get out! The brown noise machine on the night stand was such a life saver for me! I have a difficult time sleeping sometimes, and it was nice to use an actual sound machine. David was responsive and kind, made sure we had everything we needed. This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

Kay’s house was beautiful. Much bigger than we expected based off of the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Extremely clean, lots of amenities — including spices in the kitchen cupboard and soap/shampoo in the bathroom, which we weren’t expecting. Kay was also gracious enough to let us check in early and check out late, which most hosts would be hesitant to do. Highly recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in New Orleans. Only downside was the location, which isn’t near any grocery stores, but there are fast food and convenience stores nearby, which work perfectly fine if you have a short stay or don’t plan on being home much.

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

The apartment is just as shown and described. We particularly like the location because it is close enough to the action without being in the midst of it. Michelle was very responsive when one of the small kitchen appliances quit working. She had a new one to us in no time!

My wife & I stayed at Brad & Ben's loft in downtown New Orleans for a couple of nights while in town for a family wedding. Loved it! Great location near the French Quarter and other local destinations. The loft is very nice, clean and most importantly - great beds & sheets! When in this kind of location and being out & about, that's really the most important thing to get recharged. Very nicely appointed and clean, zero complaints. Brad's communications and instructions were very clear and well organized, making everything simple. Much appreciated and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hidden gem minutes from French Quarter. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the action without the noise. The only issue we had was getting our luggage to and from the room. There was a lift we tried to use but it would not open once we got it to the top. I would definitely stay again.

We could not have picked a better rental for our Nola trip! Alice & Scott's place was close enough to all the hot spots yet felt safe and private from the busy night life. The street Car was the only noise we encountered and it wasn't anything to complain about! It was a huge plus being so accessible. Host communicated everything in advance and unit entry was a breeze! Many other units we looked into had complaints about their AC not keeping up to the summer heat. This units AC was kept on 72 and it was perfect. We loved having the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Extra ⭐️ for the super comfy bedding. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!
