Holiday rentals with a patio in Mid-City, New Orleans

Fantastic stay and host. Not too far from the main attractions but far enough that parking is a breeze. Apartment has everything you need and is super clean. Host was engaged and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

Really loved this space. It was in a perfect location- very peaceful and quiet street. Near some really great restaurants. The bnb itself was perfect and had everything we needed, plus complimentary snacks. Felt lucky to stay in there!!

This location was awesome. We had a great girl's trip. We enjoyed the courtyard and the room was exactly what we expected.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

Great location for what we wanted, loved that there was a Cafe du Monde 5 minutes away. Loved the recommendations given by the host. Everything was just as described. Had a relaxing stay. Felt like my own home.

Todd is just a great host. He was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. We stayed at his place for 9 nights and during our stay, we had a little incident (no fault of the host), yet Todd went above and beyond to solve the issue for us and found a solution that worked for us. I would definitely stay in his place again. thank you again for your hospitality!

What a great place. Beautiful garden with fountain, massive space in this two story, stepping back in time, billiards was a bonus! Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Lisa’s place was the perfect fit for our family during a short visit. We needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, and she accommodated us without any hassle. The place is absolutely beautiful…the pictures don’t do it justice. This will definitely be our go-to spot for our next visit to see the NOLA family!

Perfect place for the jazz fest; walkable to the fairgrounds plus restaurants. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, washer and dryer. Designated parking a plus. Leo’s bakery on one corner, Pagoda cafe on another, Nonno’s with red beans and rice that my son had to have twice🤣. Tastee Donuts in the other direction! Nice looking Ethiopian restaurant which we didn’t have time to sample! Bonus for our family was a great Community Bookstore and an amazing Record shop on Bayou, just a few steps away. I was craving toast; someone dropped off a toaster for me! Go soon, get great bread at Leo’s. Enjoy toast at Rodney’s!!

My family and I came down for a family vacation, and we absolutely LOVED the place! We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in New Orleans.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!

The location is wonderful close to stores and restaurants. The decor and scenery is all New Orleans style. The inside is gorgeous. I loved it.
