The domain borders the Hoge Kempen National Park, where nature lovers can enjoy themselves. The activities are countless: from cycling, hiking, horseback riding, etc. Or a city trip to Maastricht. At the chalet, there is a lockable shed where you can put up to 2 bicycles.

Hof Michiels (Apartment 2)

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. The Owl's Nest is a part of the historic Hoeve de Zwarteroodtaart which is located in the center of Banholt. The farmhouse is a classic Limburg carré farmhouse whose residential house dates from 1865. The farmhouse is still surrounded by a piece of land mainly decorated as an orchard.
