We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox für jeweils extra zubuchbar.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit 2er Induktionfeld, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Trobolo Trenntoilette (genial, keine Geruchsbelästigung). Das Doppelbett 160 x 200 cm ist über eine Leiter erreichbar und das gemütliche Sofa mit Kamin runden den Wohnraum ab. Nur Outdoor Spüli/Shampoo erlaubt. Kamin und Feuerstelle nach Absprache.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)
