We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable throughout. The sofa and bed were both perfect for relaxing after days spent exploring the area. We were lucky to have good weather during our stay, and one evening we even enjoyed watching a spectacular lightning storm roll across the fields — a truly memorable experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions. During our visit, we explored Seaham, Bishop Auckland, and the Beamish Museum, all of which were well worth the trip. One of the unexpected highlights was the group of mischievous chickens at the bottom of the garden — they added a lot of charm and amusement to our stay.

A wonderful stay for my wife, son, dog and myself. The peace and quiet and the views even on the rainy day we arrived were fantastic. The space was perfect from the spotless caravan to the outside seating area. We didn’t use them but the BBQ area was fully equipped and covered just in case (and it had a pizza oven) On arrival the Hot Tub was already hot and ready to go which was a nice touch. Loads of outdoor toys were available to make use of the huge lawn area which our son and dog loved running around in safety. Michael was very responsive to messages on the app and on site Joe was great and really welcoming, made feel right at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone
