Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Middletown Township

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for four nights, and we had the best time. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants, but on a quiet street. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Elana and Andy provided us with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and passes to the local beach. We had a couple chilly evenings and the fire pit kept us warm and was perfect for roasting marshmallows. This is a great house for a family beach vacation.

We had a fantastic stay in Seabrite! The home is as described—clean, comfortable inside with nice backyard patio and 2 front porches. The house is full of thoughtful touches and has EVERYTHING you need for a summer or winter get away. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the center of town Once the car is parked you can put away the keys until its time to leave. Check-in was a breeze. The host David is communicative and kind throughout the entire stay. We love this house and highly recommend it to others. Already booked for next year.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

The place was spotless when we arrived and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 12 of us. The backyard was perfect for hanging out, with a fireplace, bean bag toss, and plenty of outdoor furniture. We also went kayaking, which was a lot of fun. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time that we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Pickel Farm is the sort of rental you hope for when renting an AirBnb. Lovingly cared for and maintained, the house is a home, not just a rental. The grounds are beautiful - tranquil location but minutes from Peapack (great coffee, restaurants...). We stayed with our three kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We'll miss Pickle Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.

We have a child that lives nearby and usually get a hotel room at either oyster point or the wave and we always prefer a balcony room Sophie’s place is so stinking nice and so is she Lord willing will always stay at Sophie’s place instead of either of those hotels We get beautiful, clean wonderful home a place to park a terrific location views of the boat a full kitchen two decks and outdoor space Seriously this place is just wonderful I pray we’re able to get it during the high season as well Thank you again, Sophie what a great place !!!

Fantastic place to stay! This was our first Airbnb experience and it was awesome. The host, Jean was super responsive and helpful. The place was clean, had snacks and a good setup in the kitchen to have the things you’d need for a great stay! House was easy to get in and out of and it was very clean and accommodating! Felt like a home away from home.. would stay again!

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

Extremely satisfied with mine and my families stay! Great location. Cozy feel. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

Wir haben uns in Wohnung von Cecia sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher. Die Kommunikation war schnelll und freundlich und wir haben von ihr und ihrem Mann viele wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Vom JFK Flughafen waren es ca. 2 Stunden mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr zum Appartement. Um nach Manhatten zu kommen gibt es mehrere Buslinien, die Haltestellen sind 2 bis 10 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe des Appartements sind auch fußläufig viele Restaurants und Bäckereien, sowie Supermärkte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. :-)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

This was my third time booking this enchanting Norway Chalet. It became almost my home away from home. Close to Jersey, close to trailheads, private, quiet and a ton of amenities. The host is very responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it.

Great place to go and unwind, take a break from the city, very quiet and peaceful place, felt right at home so comfortable and clean my kids loved the lake and didn't wanted to leave. We just stayed here for a 4-day Girls' Trip and had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations, with everything we could have possibly needed. Adam's instructions were clear, check in was super easy, and he has been super quick to respond to any questions. The house and surroundings were clean, quiet, and peaceful. If you come in the warm months be sure to ask for the kayaks and paddle boards to be left out! We had a blast! The house was also close to lots of trails for hiking and great restaurants. Overall, a 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend!

This was a great place for a family get away! This house was in a calm and quiet neighborhood full of wildlife and the kitchen was great for cooking together.

Danny was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in. The house itself was absolutely perfect – cozy, inviting, and the hot tub was spotless and spacious, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Joe's place was fantastic. My wife was having surgery at Greenwich Hospital. Joe's place offered me a great place to work just minutes from the hospital and many great restaurants. There was plenty of privacy, space, and amenities that made my stay very easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend and will look for this property again if I have a need to stay in the area again.
