Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Middletown Township

Took my sisters here for a birthday get-away. It was perfect for us. This place is private and quiet which really made us feel safe being a house full of girls. There was a list inside with great locations to visit and we found an amazing restaurant right by the water. My personal favorite was the deck which had a cozy hammock and seating to enjoy the outdoors. It was a sweet cozy spot if you're looking to have some privacy and enjoy a weekend away. Kelly was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Geraldine's house was everything you need for a fantastic new jersey beach getaway. The house is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Geraldine is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you and your animals feel welcome and taken care of.

Great place to stay at if you decide to go the beach the next day, other than that the value can seem a bit high if you aren’t doing that. Overall good place.

The house was extremely clean and matched the description on the website. They were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. I have already recommended their place to my family who is coming out in September to see family. 5/5 in all categories!

Ben’s place was perfect for a long weekend beach getaway for two. Walkable to beach and restaurants, pet friendly as well. We will be back!

The accommodation were perfect, we had a wonderful time on the boardwalk for easter sunday, the kids had a ball. And the kuds were wishing the waterpark was open but it was too early in the season. What a great little town.

We had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place. It was the perfect size for our family and we immediately felt right at home. The bed was so comfy, haven’t slept that well in a long time! Kat’s home is beautifully maintained and we appreciated the board games, puzzles, and Roku TV, especially on the rainy days. On the nice days, we took advantage of the location and the sandy hook passes for some beach time. Thank you again for everything!

I was looking for a place for a quick getaway - a rest and reset for myself. And, Kim’s place did just that. The location is beautiful - so peaceful. The apartment is private and lived up to everything written in the description. I had the pleasure of bumping into Kim and she was so friendly - just as friendly as she had been in our earlier messaging. She checked in on me during my stay and even made a recommendation for a nearby trail to explore. I look forward to staying at Kim’s again!

Lorine was extremely helpful during my stay. We arrived to the house in beautiful condition. It was cozy and clean and the view of the water from the porch was perfect . Our stay was peaceful and the pictures did not do the house justice! The two bedrooms were much bigger than expected, the space was cozy but spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed including a binder with some tips and a menu of some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Lizette and Lorine’s place for a relaxing getaway if you’re staying in Long branch, NJ, visiting Monmouth and/or hoping to be close to beaches!

Carla was very gracious host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Highlands.

We loved our stay at Mischele’s. It was perfect for our little family. A cute and comfortable little coastal apartment and jumping off point for visits to NYC on the ferry. Most importantly we felt like we were staying at a place owned by a friend. Thanks Mischele!

Kenny and his wife were very accommodating. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Everything is in walking distance - breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream. Nice neighborhood and pretty quiet! Bed was comfy, shower is awesome. The lounge chairs on the balcony is a nice touch!

Easy check in and check out. Good location for what we were doing. Would stay again.

The friendliness and responsiveness of the host helped us when we arrived from our long road trip. The cleanliness of the areas and amenities provided made us feel right at home. 5 stars.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. Overall it was such an easy and relaxing experience that made our first trip to NYC a delight. I would come back again and highly recommend Timothy's place to everyone!!! Thanks so much.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Excelent place to stay.

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far!
