Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Extremely clean and very well equipped. The rooms are not large, but nice and well furnished. The proximity to the beach is great! Unfortunately, during our stay, the neighbors in the neighboring semi-detached house were a little loud in the evening and at night... But the host (Antonia) can't do anything about that. She is extremely helpful and responds incredibly quickly! We will be happy to come back.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

José was always very kind and was very attentive to what we needed. The apartment is in a quiet area but with a lot to do nearby, I would definitely book with José again!

This villa is great. Has such comfy beds and really nice seating spaces. The pool area especially is beautiful. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the main strip in Santa Ponsa - but a taxi only takes a few minutes and is around 4 euros. Definitely would recommend and may very well come back here again.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment not far from the beach in a very quiet area

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. The beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris for the second time and had another great vacation!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Beautiful accommodation just as described. Perfect location. Parking would have been a bonus.

Stayed for a week for a swim event. Place was a couple minutes walk to the beach. Really convenient with free street side parking just outside. Eroski was just a minute walk away. And many restaurants within short walking distance. Great place to stay. Will book this again if I come back to Mallorca

The location is great, beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation provides everything that is promised. Communication is super pleasant and easy, the owners are very friendly.

Nice house in great location. The terrace is a dream. The bay and beach are within walking distance, which is a huge advantage for families. There is even a sub, air mattresses and swimming accessories in the garage. Everything your heart desires. We felt right at home and would have liked to stay longer.

Loved our stay. Was spacious and a literal stone throw from the beach, great snorkeling and some great cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Will be back😎

We spontaneously spent a week in Antonia's and Sebastian's accommodation and we had a very good time. You have a great view of the sea from the apartment, both from the downstairs and the Above. The apartment has all the amenities and is superbly located. 35 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ses Salines, 20 minutes from Cala Llombards/Santanyí. There are also some very nice beaches right by the apartment. Antonia and Sebastian gave us very nice and beautiful tips. We will be happy to come back. The two were very warm hosts and we wish them all the best.
