This was a fantastic find for us! The place itself was perfect for the four of us, and Hubi was a phenomenal host and guide. He gave us the perfect meal and entertainment recommendations, and we felt like we had known him for years! We’ll plan on a longer trip next time!

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

This apartment is a real gem. Such a comfortable and homely place to stay and come back to after a day out on the beach. Loved the balconies and the swimming pool. The bakery over the road is a real bonus and it was easy to walk to the beach even for my 91 year old Mum! Also think it was the most beautiful cove. Great selection of restaurants - we tried many! Everything was perfect and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends. A lovely relaxing week - thank you.

We had a great week in Cala Santanyi. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is above average well equipped! The beach is easily accessible on foot. You just have to go down a few stairs there. Just around the corner there is a small supermarket. There is currently a construction site right next to the apartment. They work there on weekdays from 7 a.m. It gets louder every now and then, but it's bearable. In the evening, a mosquito spray is an advantage, so that you do not get bitten so much.

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

We spontaneously spent a week in Antonia's and Sebastian's accommodation and we had a very good time. You have a great view of the sea from the apartment, both from the downstairs and the Above. The apartment has all the amenities and is superbly located. 35 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ses Salines, 20 minutes from Cala Llombards/Santanyí. There are also some very nice beaches right by the apartment. Antonia and Sebastian gave us very nice and beautiful tips. We will be happy to come back. The two were very warm hosts and we wish them all the best.

Great finca with beautiful garden and pool We spent a week with our two adult children at the finca and felt very comfortable. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished and the Mediterranean garden with pool is a real highlight. Supermarkets and the market in Santanyí are easily accessible. Communication with Joana Maria was fast and very friendly. All in all, an all-round successful accommodation - highly recommended!

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The house was extremely clean, spacious, and very well equipped. They even have some beach umbrellas and toys for us to use. we had clear instructions for check in and a few good recommendations for local places.

Amazing host and home!! We last minute had to book an Airbnb after our Vrbo overbooked and canceled on us. Francesca was more than accommodating for a flexible check in time. left us treats and gave us a lot of advice on what to do around the area and on the island. Beautiful home, great pool and lovely kitchen. No complaints!

Our stay at Maria's was very pleasant. The cottage is very clean. Very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and we slept very well without hearing any noise. There is a superb shaded terrace with a sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maria is very responsive and always ready to help you. She's charming. I really enjoyed it. The location of the cottage is perfect. The most beautiful beach on the island is five minutes away and accessible by bus. Close to the cottage there are good restaurants and a bakery open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Renting from Maria is the guarantee of a successful stay

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Absolutely magical home. Somehow even better than the pictures . The home’s layout is situated perfectly to maximize the beauty of the ocean view- the patio , living area, and the bedroom that opens to a stunning scene. Juan was extremely professional, prompt, and extremely helpful with anything we needed and more. We can’t return soon enough!

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky

We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We will repeat.
