Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. 45 m2 apartment on the ground floor with 20 m2 terrace, refurbished, 1 bedroom with TV, all with a separate entrance. A main room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle. The living room has a very comfortable 160 cm sofa bed. You will have a bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for one bed, extra €10 for extra linens. Household products are provided.

We suggest you stop by our studio located in the small village of Trouillas. Fully equipped and independent studio. It is located on the ground floor of our family home. The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.

Independent studio of about 25 m2 with a bathroom, a balcony (20 m2) located in a villa in the heart of Millassoise nature. Swimming pool available in summer. We can accept a small dog of up to 10 kg. Accommodation for up to two people. Free parking inside the park of the house closed by a gate, at the foot of the studio. Air conditioning or heating at extra cost: 50 cents/hour
