Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Minato City

we love the little, cozy flat where we have spent five days. It has the taste of a traditional japanese house, with tatami, futon, risepaper walls and no forniture at all. We did like the neighbours too. The area is well served by subway, with a fantastic supermarket very close, an automatic laundry, coffee shops etc etc. It's a quiet area, relaxing even though not far away from the movida

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

It was better than I imagined!Not only did the children enjoy themselves, but the adults also enjoyed seeing the children in a way they don't usually see in their daily lives.There is also a supermarket nearby, and if you are coming from a rural area, you can buy what you want to eat at the service area on the way and cook it in the kitchen, so you can enjoy one meal in a way that is very different from a typical trip.What you can see inside the Holy Planet is just like being in the universe, and I was able to experience an extraordinary feeling that I had never experienced before.

This place was great! The host was nice although I never got to meet her in person. This is my first trip to Japan and this place was perfect! the Nishi-Megome station was nearby, although walking there with luggage would be a bit rough, but it is only 15 minutes. it also makes it easy to get anywhere from there. Loved it! Would definitely come back if it was available!

Awesome home with short walk to Hiroo Station and small park nearby for the kiddos to run around and play. The home and amenities exceeded our expectations, for example, kitchen was equipped with cooking supplies and bathroom had quality products. Also, the kids had fun playing with the legos and play-kitchen. Highly recommend!

My family was thankful that we chose Wanyi’s home for the first leg of our Tokyo trip. It was on a peaceful street, tucked into a vibrant neighborhood. From this location, we did grab taxis to major sites. Staying with two teens, they each had their own bedrooms. The beds were all comfortable. Wanyi provided coffee, and other helpful items. She was incredibly friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Great location, Akasaka and Akasaka-mitsuke are the 2 main stations nearby. A lot of bars and restaurants, convenient and drug stores around. The only negative thing is a bit of noisy in the evenings. Apart from this the apartment is excellent highly recommend it.

Great little place to stay in. I did notice the lack of train stations nearby, but there a bus stop nearby connecting to one so not that big of a deal. Great locality with lots of really good restaurants nearby. Would visit again.

We stayed at Compass Stay for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is extremely convenient—just a 3-minute walk to Roppongi Station, making it easy to access popular areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and more. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

I loved my stay! Nobu is super communicative and everything was clearly explained in his messages/the google docs he sent through. The apartment is lovely and a perfect cosy base for exploring. Thank you Nobu!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

This was the best stay we have ever had. Bryan’s house was perfect. In terms of location, it is very convenient, super close to Gotanda Station for easy transport. There are many convenient stores, a Don Quijote, a pharmacy and local eateries nearby. We could easily get all we need from around the area. It is also quiet and peaceful, near a scenic river so it’s wonderful to rest up after a long day of exploring Tokyo. Bryan is a very great host. He’s friendly and super fast at replying to any of our questions. He also has amazing food recommendations. While staying there, we had a problem with using the stove and he showed up to help in 20 minutes. He also gives great instructions which were easy to follow so we had nothing to worry about at all. The house itself is good for a family and extremely clean. Bryan leaves all the necessary cooking and cleaning supplies and even offers complimentary drinks in the fridge at check-in. We loved this place and look forward to returning!
