Right on the Lower Saxony moor between Diepholz and Sulingen is the lovingly furnished cottage quietly surrounded by nature. On approx. 73 square meters there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, and combined kitchen/living room. Outside in the garden with terrace is a playground, fireplace, charcoal grill, beach chair, table tennis table, bicycles, 2 kayaks (for a fee) entrance point about 700 m on foot.

Eine einladende Fasssauna (geteilt mit 2 weiteren FeWo) sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich der Stemmweder Berg, ein Wandergebiet mit dichten Wäldern und weiten Ausblicken über die Region. Ideal für Spaziergänge, leichte Wanderungen oder ausgedehnte Touren in der Natur.

Apartment directly on Lake Dümmer with lake view - 40 sqm

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant "Dümmer Perle" directly on Lake Dümmer See (50 m distance to the water). Enjoy the fantastically beautiful lake view (see photos). Up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment. The space was completely refurbished and modernly furnished in 2022. In the immediate vicinity (max. 400m) there are restaurants, shopping facilities, an ice cream parlor, surf school & boat rental, a beach bar and an indoor swimming pool.

Idyllic vacation home with fireplace, sauna and pool

Relax in our very quietly located family-family-friendly house on Steinhuder Meer. Enjoy the terrace, the large garden, the sauna or from May 20 to September 20 the pool. For nearby experiences, three bikes are available. The house has on the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m wide) and another bedroom with two double beds (1.4 m and 1.6 m wide each). In the basement there is a third room with a sofa bed (1.4 m wide). A crib is available if needed.

Small but nice

Rural location, but not off the beaten path, is our 1-room apartment in the Dümmersee vacation area. The fiber optic connection with Wi-Fi and data cable in the apartment allow a perfect workspace or watching TV on the 55' TV. Our apartment has a separate entrance and is not integrated in the main building. The room is flooded with light and radiates coziness through the wooden floor, an open beamed layer, and small rung windows.

Our newly completed cottage in 2024 offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located on a quiet dead end street, guests here enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation is paramount in your own retreat. Our house is only a few minutes walk (about 3 min) from the lake / beach.

The city is within walking distance and thus offers everything your heart desires. Good food and drink beautiful restaurants and especially the spa town of Bad Salzuflen with its many leisure opportunities has a lot to offer.

A few meters from the house is a swimming pond, which can be used during the stay, as well as the wood-fired barrel sauna by the pond.
