Holiday rentals with beach access in Minusio

We had a great family stay at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is ideally located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transport. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalized advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

I was in transit, but what a beautiful place this is! I almost regretted having to leave the next day. Clara was clear and friendly with communication. The QR code makes it easy to enter. The studio was clean and beautifully decorated. In the morning, we got delicious sandwiches and a cup of coffee in the self-service. Everything was just well arranged and very nice! Be sure to remember this place!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

We were already in this accommodation for the second time and had a very nice stay again. The accommodation is as described, very clean and with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. Clear recommendation!

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable The kitchen is very well equipped. And our favorite place is the balcony with an extraordinary view! A nice, neat apartment, you feel very good. Thank you for these hours of happiness!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

We had an amazing stay. Amazing location for the ferry, walking into town, and also the Sentiero del Viandante hike! The hike could be reached by merely continuing to walk higher up the hill! View from the terrace is wonderful. Finally, the host was super kind. Thank you so much for having us!

The apartment is just as described on Airbnb. It is literally a 2-min walk from Varrena train station, ferry points and everything else (mini markets, restaurants) is at walkable distance. Fabio is very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend this property!

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The views from the apartment are truly insane. Every window stayed open our entire trip so we could soak it all in. Rosa was very responsive especially when a landslide blocked one of the roads and she communicated an alternative route to reach the AirBnb. She also helped us out by sending us 3 taxi driver numbers when we needed a ride out of Bellagio. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path in Careno. It was an easy walk into Nesso. FYI there is a dock at the base of Careno so if you charter a boat they can pick you up there. Highly recommend!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.
