Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack of the building has been completed as of July 15 2025. Other parts of the building are still being worked on with minimal to no impact on this unit, the balcony use or the view.

Beach Daze- If you need lazy beach days, you've found it! Beach Daze is an elegant, one-level beach condo that sits just one block from the white sand shore. Located in the private neighborhood of Destin's Crystal Beach, the condo is perfect for a lowkey getaway. The unit features a patio overlooking a shared backyard, cozy and spacious interiors, and a easy stroll to the soft white sands. It has one bedroom and can host up to 2 guests-great for a honeymoon or snowbirds.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
