It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

We rent the Himmeleck apartment directly on the cycle path between Immenstadt and Oberstaufen near the large Alpsee. The vacation home is located on a small farm with horses, donkeys and other small animals. The apartment has a size of about 41 square meters with underfloor heating and has its own entrance with terrace. Arrive in the Moosmühle and feel good. Our Loft-Hauchenberg is a "loft-like new apartment. It tempts you to feel right at home. Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room and enjoy the view of the unobstructed nature. The apartment has a large flat screen TV + free WiFi+fully automatic coffee machine. IMPORTANT! We will rebuild the garden for you. That's why the outdoor area is currently only partially usable . Planned completion in summer 2025.

Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.
