Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Small house of character, completely renovated, located in the center of the village, with courtyard and garden not overlooked. In a quiet area close to all shops. A 10-minute walk to the beautiful Château de le Bretesche and its beautiful 18-hole golf course. A small feature of the accommodation, the second bedroom (2 single beds) is accessible from the 1st bedroom, through a connecting door. This can be a plus for the safety of small children.

Ideal for a quiet stay, with family, friends or for a romantic stay. This space is private, just for you. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Calm and nature to recharge your batteries, breathe or enjoy the beauty of the landscape in a lodge with an exotic atmosphere. You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. The chalet is also close to sites such as the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, Guérande, Pénestin, the Branféré park, La Gacilly or the Brocéliande forest.

La Chandelle

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. In Brière, close to the sea, many must-see places nearby to visit. The fireplace works but wood is not provided Linens provided.

This small, comfortable new accommodation adjoining my house with its independent entrance includes: - on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator...) - upstairs: a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people plus an extra bed for 1 person, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
