This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Unser Haus liegt nur 30 Minuten vom Berliner Zentrum entfernt, ruhig an einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet . Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See, in dem Schwimmen zwar erlaubt ist, der aber meist nur noch als Angelgewässer genutzt wird. Das Haus ist saniert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive elektrischer Rollläden, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ und allen Sky Paketen. Mit Holz-Spielplatz, Hängematten, Hollywoodschaukel, Sonnenliegen und einer großen Terrasse zum Grillen.

Single-family house in an urban location with a small, child-friendly garden for up to 7 guests who would like to live very well connected to Berlin and Potsdam. Direct S-Bahn connection to Berlin can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The journey time with the S Bahn to the well-known sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz is 25 minutes. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children are welcome guests. We are happy to provide a cot and baby chair on request.

Hello and welcome! The Remise is a standalone house with a garden, which long ago served as a shelter for carriages. It is located in a quiet second courtyard on the beautiful Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the vibrant and multicultural Graefe-Kiez in Kreuzberg. We use 100% green electricity. These are commercial spaces that aren't subject to the Act on the Prohibition of Illegal Repurposing of Housing. The Berlin City Tax (5%) is already included in the price.

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Familien- und Gruppenreisen. Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum der Hussitenstadt Bernau mit einer vollständig erhaltenen Stadtmauer. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich viele Wälder und Seen, die man gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann. In ca. 30 min ist man mit dem eigenen Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Berlin Mitte. Der Bahnhof befindet sich fußläufig 10 min vom Haus entfernt.

The 65 m² spacious bungalow (solid construction) was completely renovated in 2023. It features 2 bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds), a dining area, a daylight bathroom, and a kitchen. The bungalow is equipped with central heating, allowing year-round usage. All windows are equipped with blinds for darkening. WiFi and TV are available.

Bauernhaus & Remise mit Kamin, Sauna & Garten

Dieses besondere 2023 kernsanierte Haus eignet sich perfekt für Familien, Freunde oder Arbeitskollegen um eine gute Zeit zu haben. Potsdam und Berlin sind in ca 15-30 Minuten erreichbar. Perfekt für Städtetrips, aber auch Ausflüge ins Umland. In der Sauna oder im Garten kann man hier auch einfach nur verweilen und entspannen.
