Somewhere on the border of Mazovia and Kurpi, in the pine castle, we have prepared for you two cozy cottages in the middle of an open space surrounded by forest. Inside, you'll find everything you need to relax away from the city's hustle and bustle. In the Senny cottage you will find 4 sleeping areas, a couch for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and a second bed on the mezzanine and a reader's corner with a view of the horizon.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Tiny House with sauna and jacuzzi

About 60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian countryside - two intimate Tiny Houses are waiting for you. You will find peace, quiet and rest so much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can rest with us without your children or anyone else's children. We are happy to accept pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. The use of the Jacuzzi and sauna is subject to an additional fee. We look forward to having you here.

It is an ideal place for active people - the possibility of cycling,running on the gravel,kayaking. If you prefer to spend less time, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock that interferes with frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-burning hot tub and sauna. Our large terrace overlooking the nearby area and a hammock shelter located in the forest will allow you to relax undisturbed. Evening bonfires at sunset are an ideal opportunity for long conversations.
