Charming design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. Small but cozy apartment, located 50 meters from the center of Campitello, is located near the cable car system for summer excursions and winter skiing. It is located in a quiet area but a few meters from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, walks and sports center. Parking in front of the apartment is free and private for guests. It is 28 sqm. 2 km from Canazei, 45 km from Bolzano, 100 km from Trento and about 40 km from Cavalese di Fiemme.

Apartment located in the Residence Rododendro, town of Passo San Pellegrino, shared by Moena (Tn), passage that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snowfall, with the ski lifts 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski slope just across the street. Great starting point for great hikes. It's also often used by my family, so we keep it welcoming.

Charming Home Carezza

My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, tennis courts and a golf course.
