This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The house is approved as a rental house by the Spanish authorities, and has a VV license. It is a security for you as a renter. There are rules of order that everyone must familiarize.

Precioso y acogedor bungalow en zona inmejorable. Se trata de un complejo muy tranquilo, de tan sólo 8 bungalows, donde podrán disfrutar de unas vacaciones en paz y tranquilidad. A la vez que por su excelente situación, a 230 metros (3 minutos caminando) del Centro Comercial Yumbo, tendrán acceso a muchas zonas de ocio e interés para visitar a unos pocos pasos.
