Holiday rentals with a patio in Moggio

Mój pobyt nad jeziorem Iseo w apartamencie u Ingi i Paolo był absolutnie wspaniały! Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację, blisko jeziora i urokliwych restauracji, co sprawia, że wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Gospodarze, Inga i Paolo, zadbali o każdy detal, żeby nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Czuliśmy się tam jak w domu i na pewno wrócimy przy najbliższej okazji! Gorąco polecam wszystkim, którzy szukają idealnego miejsca na relaks.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Der Check-in hat prima geklappt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage am See mit eigenem Bootssteg, eingezäuntem Garten, warmer Außendusche und Parkplatz war für uns perfekt. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist fantastisch.🙏 Die Schaukel und die Liegen im Garten sind toll und alle schönen Orte sind gut erreichbar. Es gibt Bäume und Schatten, wenn die Sonne knallt. Unser Hund hat es genossen sich frei zu bewegen und jederzeit baden zu können.🤠 Die Kommunikation mit Fabio und Matteo klappt prima.☺️ Vielen Dank, dass wir euer schönes Häuschen am See bewohnen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.🌞 Sascha, Karin und Clea😘

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der überragende Ausblick auf den See – einfach traumhaft! Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

The house has a spectacular view from the balcony, where you can enjoy the panorama of the lake from the mountain. And the house itself is very spacious, more spacious than the photos shown, and with all the necessary equipment. The host is very friendly, responsive and obviously experienced host, who carefully prepared the room. In addition the private parking space is just by the front door, by the side of the road, very easy accessible, which is a rare find in this area.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement, le cadre est époustouflant, les vues sont sublimes, le panier d’accueil est généreux, la propreté impeccable, rien à redire ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter 🤩👍

Luca’s place is great! The area around it is filled with cafes and restaurants- we highly recommend the biscotto gelato across the street! As the apartment faces the back, it is super quiet. The apartment was clean, and the bed/bedroom comfortable with blackout shades to help sleep. The shower is large (walk in), although we had a drainage issue on our last day. We informed Luca upon checkout, so hopefully it was just a temporary issue. Luca is very responsive, and was kind enough to let us check in early after 24 hours of travelling! Check out was quick, and instructions were clear. We were in Busto Arsizio for a sport competition, and I’m glad we chose Luca’s place!

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Lecco bij Silvia en haar gezin. De accomodatie is schoon, volledig uitgerust en super modern. De tuin is ruim, biedt mogelijkheden voor kinderen om te spelen maar ook om gezellig een hapje te eten met een drankje erbij. Silvia en haar gezin waren attent, vriendelijk en dachten altijd mee met onze vragen. Bovendien hadden wij onze hond bij en ook hier werd super goed voor gezorgd en aan gedacht! De omgeving van Lecco is prachtig, de restaurants geweldig en de natuur adembenemend. Kortom, de vakantie en accomodatie is boven verwachting goed geweest tijdens ons verblijf van twee weken!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

Einfach unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub dort. Maria ist eine warmherzige und liebenswürde Gastgeberin. Die Ubterkunft und der Blick übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Platz ohne Ende, Hängematte, Grillstelle, Terasse zum Frühstücken, direkt an der Natur mit dem wohl besten Blick auf den Comer See den es geben kann. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, wenn man ohne Auto kommt. Es gibt einen steilen direkten Anstieg mit Treppen circa 20-30 min von Rezzonico, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. 200 hm auf circa 1 km. Die Straße ist flacher aber etwas länger. Man kommt mit dem Bus von Como ganz gut nach San Siro, aber die Pünktlichkeit ist bei dem Verkehr in der Hochsaison nicht machbar. Es gibt eine super Pizzaria im Ort aber auch selbst Kochen und den Blick von oben genießen ist perfekt. Durch die Höhe und den Wald ist es an der Unterkunft auch nicht ganz so heiß, wie weiter unten. Avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison pleine de charme de Noemi et Tommy . Bien que l'accès en voiture ne soit pas facile , une fois que vous êtes arrivés vous êtes récompensés par la vue époustouflante de toutes les fenêtres sur le lac et les montagnes !!! C'est assez magique !! Tout est pensé pour que chacun s'y sente bien , l'appartement est propre , joliment décoré l'endroit est calme , le village est accessible à pied . Bref tout était PARFAIT !! La communication avec Noemi a toujours été claire et agréable .

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Très beau logement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un environnement magnifique et reposant. Christina et Daniele sont des gens charmants et accueillants, tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien. Idéalement placé lorsque l'on veut rayonner autour du lac de Côme. Pas de problème pour se garer, il y avait toujours de la place sur le parking du cimetière tout près du logement. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.
