This place is amazing! I stayed here with my husband, baby, and in laws. It was a perfect base for us as we visited friends in the area and in the country. We went to London twice easily by train. Could have gone more but loved hanging out nearby. Alice is an amazing host, she made it incredibly easy for us by providing some essentials for our baby. We had a car for most of the trip but also used buses. The best thing about the home is the location. Tucked away next to an old church and cemetery. We loved walking our baby to the park everyday and felt like locals. There’s a small village around the corner for anything you might need. We went to the French bakery Alice recommended almost every day. The AC was also a lifesaver during the heatwave. I think this is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. It far exceeded my expectations and I’m so grateful to Alice for her hospitality and kindness. Highly recommend this home and host. Shes the best. ❤️

We had a great stay at Tishy’s place. She is such a wonderful lovely person. She always responds whenever needed with thorough answers. The house is just beautiful, truly beautiful, and has basically everything in it. Tishy left us a hamper with essentials in it. It’s like 5 stars hospitality really. Extremely clean. I didn’t need to buy anything for my stay, apart from my own food. The area is beautiful and just 5 minutes walk from the river and Hurst Park. It’s 2 minutes drive to Hampton court, and just 15 minutes to Kingston. We really enjoyed staying at Tishy’s. Thank you!

This residence was something very special. The host has created one of the best quality residential experiences in Kingston. The layout of the apartment was brilliant. Everything was spotless. The shower and bathroom were well stocked with everything I needed. The kitchen was supplied with high grade cooking facilities & every utensil required for a very comfortable stay. A convenient location, 10 mins walk from the station. This was a clean, quiet and peaceful street with free parking and lots of pleasant parks nearby.

This was the best holiday experience ! It was such a tranquil and beautiful setting we were instantly relaxed and felt at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect, really couldn't wish for more. The bed was comfy, with amazing views of the river as soon as you opened your eyes. The decor was tasteful and chic, it felt very upmarket and spotless. All in all a super five star experience with friendly and dedicated hosts, we will definitely return.

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

Sam's place is beyond description! It's very minimalist and aesthetic. I particularly love how much natural light comes through the giant windows in the living room. That 75" smart TV is definitely a bonus too! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the town center and everything's pretty much within walking distance. Highly recommended and will come back again next time I'm around!

Very happy with our stay. Bed was very comfortable and town is quite peaceful. Very walkable and a train ride from the city. Extremely close to Richmond for the Ted Lasso fans.

Goodness me, what an absolute find! Lene’s place was the best home away from home that you could hope for. The 3 bedroom layout made for such a win of a transition, post landing from California as a family of 5 and enabled everyone to get through jet lag so smoothly. It was a gorgeous view of the river and easy to get a lovely breeze through the apartment on hotter days with the fantastic velux windows. Definitely will look up Lene’s place again for future trips!

The flat was lovely and very well appointed. Paul was super helpful and quick to respond. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We booked Trisha’s flat for 3 months for our daughter (study abroad student) We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Trisha went above and beyond our expectations, made us and our daughter feel a sense of security knowing she was always easy to reach and willing to answer any questions/concerns promptly. Happy to say there were no major issues, if any at all. The flat was spotless and wonderfully decorated, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom stocked with amenities. The flat was excellently located just around the corner from everything anyone would need, including the Surbiton train station 2min away (1 minute away if you’re a quick walker!) 25min train ride direct into London’s Waterloo station. The flat was close to shops, pubs, cafés, pharmacy (chemist), and also a short walk to the Thames waterfront with the Queen’s Promenade lined with even more restaurants and pubs, leading into city centre of Kingston-Upon-Thames. We can’t say enough about Trisha and her flat! Wonderful!!!

We have stayed at Bela & Steve's property before - and it is still wonderful. Bela & Steve are amazing hosts, so thoughtful with little touches that make the apartment feel like somewhere you could very easily live. The location is great, its private, its within easy walking distance to the village high street and to the rail station providing easy access to central London. We will definitely stay here next time we are in London.

Was a great location for our weekend at Bushy Parkrun and enjoying Hampton Court Palace. Enjoyed walking along Thames with a fine choice of watering holes 🥂🍾🛥️🏰🏃

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Jamela is a responsive host who really looks after his guests and seems to care. The apartment looks just like the photos and we felt at home and very comfortable. It has a private feel as it’s shaded from the road by trees.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.
