In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Apartment ideally located and completely renovated. In the heart of the residence, Les Hameaux du Lac, you can enjoy the village 100 m away, Lac Marin 50 m away and the ocean 300 m away. It has a terrace with unobstructed views, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator and a small freezer) a shower room, two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Free parking at the bottom of the residence.

Independent 50 m² loft, fully equipped and refurbished, in an oriental style, with a sleeping area with a king-size canopy bed, a bathroom with large shower cabin and separate toilet. The main living/dining room overlooks your covered terrace and then directly onto the pool. View of the large oaks surrounding the property and the surrounding hills. Not overlooked, at night you will fall asleep to the sound of owls and a starry sky without visual pollution.

My accommodation is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the shopping center/city center/tourist office, it is limited to 2 people and 1 child from 3 years old. You'll love my place because of its calm and family-friendly side. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with 1 child). Possibility of pick-up from the train station (free service). No pets allowed.

The Annex: quiet air-conditioned kitchen. Swimming pool, bicycles

At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. Basic kitchen with dishes. Coffee maker with capsules, tea and sugar to help out the first morning. Bakery and convenience store 100 m away, open every day. Bikes loaned! 120 m from the port and close to bike paths.
